Loopwise Research
Most articles about clinic marketing quote the same second-hand statistics. We got tired of that, so we started measuring things ourselves.
Loopwise Research audits how clinics and med spas actually handle bookings — their own websites and listings, checked business by business. No surveys, no self-reported figures, no clinic named. Every report below publishes its method, its sample size, and its limitations, and the data behind it is free to download.

Pakistan
Aesthetic clinics
In Pakistan, the problem is the front door itself. Most clinics can't be booked online at all.
Pakistan Aesthetic Clinics Booking Report 2026
225 clinics across Peshawar, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi. 62% offer no online booking. 33% have no website. Only 14% passed every check.
Peshawar Aesthetic Clinics Audit
78 clinics. 77% cannot be booked online. 41% have no website. Only 18 clinics can be booked online at all.
Islamabad Aesthetic Clinics Audit
147 clinics in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. 54% offer no online booking. 29% have no website. 1 in 5 websites is slow.
United States
Med spas
In the United States, the problem is different — and more interesting. Most med spas solved booking years ago. Almost none solved response.
US Med Spa Booking Report 2026
606 med spas across 18 metropolitan areas. 71% offer online booking, but 91% have no live chat or text widget, 63% have booking with no instant way to ask a question, and only 8% have the full booking-and-response stack.
New York Med Spas Audit
41 med spas. 34% cannot be booked online. 88% have no chat or text widget. Only 3 websites have the full stack.
Chicago Med Spas Audit
40 med spas. 72% offer online booking, but 90% have no chat or text widget. Only 4 websites have the full stack.
Miami Med Spas Audit
40 med spas. 36% cannot be booked online. 95% have no chat or text widget. Not one website in the city has the full stack — despite Miami's spas having the highest review counts in the study.

How we audit
One protocol, applied the same way in every city. Every figure in these reports comes from the five checks below.

Google Maps listings and the business's own website. Nothing scraped from behind a login, nothing bought.

The test
Booking means booking.
A website counts as bookable only if it links to a recognized booking platform or has a real booking page or path. A phone number, a contact form, or a chat widget by itself does not count. Financing widgets, review platforms, and directories are never counted as booking.
03
Verification
We verify by hand.
A sample of every audit — including the businesses flagged as having no booking — is re-checked manually in a browser before publication.
Every audit includes a manual sample re-check before publication.
04
Limits
We publish the limits.
Our checks are homepage-based, so a booking path with no trace on the homepage can be missed; a booking link to a broken flow still counts as booking.
Samples cover listed businesses in major metros, not a census of every clinic in a country.
Correction policy
If you run a business in one of our audits and believe a finding is wrong, contact us and we will re-check and correct it.
05
Cadence
We re-audit annually.

What this research is for
We build booking systems for clinics and med spas. These audits are how we decide what to build — and how our clients can see, before they spend anything, exactly where their own business stands against their market.
