Short answer: In October 2026 we audited every aesthetic clinic we could find listed in Peshawar — 78 clinics. 60 of them (77%) offer patients no way to book online. 32 (41%) have no website at all. Only 18 clinics in the entire city can actually be booked online. Every figure on this page comes from that audit; the methodology and the full data table are below.

A patient in Peshawar who searches for a skin clinic tonight will mostly find a phone number. If nobody answers — during a treatment, at lunch, after closing — the booking simply does not happen. This report measures how big that gap is.

What the audit of 78 Peshawar aesthetic clinics found: 77% no online booking, 62% weak social presence, 41% no website, 27% no WhatsApp button, 27% no public contact email, 15% slow website

The booking funnel: 78 clinics become 18

Peshawar booking funnel: 78 clinics audited, 46 have a website, 18 can be booked online

This is the finding that matters most. The clinics are not invisible — the median Peshawar clinic in our audit has 33 Google reviews, and the most-reviewed has over 6,500. Patients are finding these clinics. They are reading reviews, checking photos, and deciding to book. Then, in 77% of cases, they hit a wall: no booking page, no calendar, no appointment form. Just a phone number and hope.

Even a website does not fix it. Of the 46 clinics that have one, 28 (61%) have a website that cannot take a booking. It shows treatments and prices, and then asks the patient to call. A website that cannot book is a brochure, and a brochure loses every patient who finds it outside working hours.

Finding 1: 41% of clinics have no website at all

32 clinics in Peshawar run entirely on a Google listing, a Facebook page, or an Instagram profile. That means no page they control, no booking path they own, and nothing to link to from their own social posts. When a patient wants to check a price at 10 pm, there is nowhere to send them.

It also means these clinics are renting their entire presence from platforms. An Instagram account can be hacked, restricted, or buried by an algorithm change. A website cannot.

Finding 2: 62% have a weak social presence

48 clinics were flagged for weak social presence — profiles that are inactive, barely started, or effectively abandoned. Only 21 clinics (27%) have a findable Instagram profile and 18 (23%) a Facebook page. For an industry that sells visual results — before-and-after photos are the entire sales pitch of aesthetic medicine — most Peshawar clinics are not visibly present on the one platform where their patients spend their time.

Finding 3: the WhatsApp gap is smaller, but it is on the wrong side

Peshawar clinics are reachable on WhatsApp personally — 73 of 78 (94%) have a WhatsApp number attached to their listing. But 21 clinics (27%) have no WhatsApp button on their website, and clinics without a website have no click-to-chat path at all. The difference matters: a number a patient has to copy, save, and type is a step most people skip. A button is one tap. Clinics are relying on patients doing the work.

Finding 4: basic hygiene problems are common

12 clinics (15%) have slow websites. 9 had no SSL certificate (the browser shows “not secure”). 6 websites were down when checked. 21 clinics (27%) publish no contact email anywhere. Individually these are small. Together they explain the 72% figure: most clinics do not have one problem, they have a stack of them — 56 clinics had three or more issues, and only 8 clinics (10%) came through the audit with none.

When we re-checked every clinic website on 22 October 2026, the picture had not improved: across both cities in this study, 21 of 151 websites (14%) failed to return a working page on re-check.

What the 8 clean clinics do differently

Only 8 Peshawar clinics passed every check. They are not the biggest clinics, and they are not the most-reviewed. What they share is a complete path: a working website, a way to book on it, a WhatsApp button for people who would rather chat, and an active social profile feeding both. Nothing on that list is exotic. It is the same path a patient expects from a restaurant or a salon in 2026. The gap in Peshawar is not technology — booking tools are cheap and common. The gap is that most clinics have never finished setting the path up.

What this costs a clinic (illustrative, with the maths shown)

We do not know any individual clinic’s enquiry volume, so we will not invent one. Do this calculation with your own numbers:

Enquiries you receive each week × the share that arrive when you cannot answer × your average treatment value = what the gap is worth.

For illustration only: a clinic that gets 30 enquiries a week, misses a third of them to timing (after hours, mid-treatment, lunch), and charges an average of PKR 15,000 per treatment is putting roughly PKR 150,000 a week of demand through a path that depends on someone picking up the phone. Even recovering a small share of that pays for a booking system many times over. The point of this audit is that for 77% of Peshawar clinics, the recovery path does not exist at all.

Clinics that want to see what a working path looks like can try our clinic booking demo — book as a patient, then watch the bookings land on the owner dashboard.

How this audit was done

  • Sample: every aesthetic, skin, laser, and cosmetic clinic listed on Google Maps for Peshawar that we could identify in October 2026 — 78 clinics after de-duplication. Clinics with no public listing are not included, which likely makes these figures optimistic: unlisted clinics are unlikely to have better websites.
  • Dates: data collected and checked 19–22 October 2026. Every website was re-requested on 22 October 2026 as a verification pass.
  • What “online booking” means here: the patient can select a treatment or time and confirm an appointment online — a booking system, calendar, or appointment form. A phone number, a WhatsApp link by itself, or a “contact us” page does not count.
  • What was checked per clinic: website exists and loads, booking path, WhatsApp click-to-chat button, SSL, site availability, load speed, public contact email, Facebook and Instagram presence, Google review count.
  • Limitations: this is a snapshot of one week, taken from public information. A clinic may have fixed an issue since, or may take bookings through a channel we could not see. If you run a clinic in this audit and believe a finding is wrong, contact us and we will re-check and correct it.

Frequently asked questions

How many aesthetic clinics are in Peshawar? We found 78 aesthetic, skin, laser, and cosmetic clinics with public listings in Peshawar in October 2026. There may be more operating without a listing; those are outside this audit.

What percentage of Peshawar clinics offer online booking? 23%. 18 of the 78 clinics audited offer any form of online booking. 77% offer none.

Does a WhatsApp number count as online booking? Not in this audit. A WhatsApp number is a contact method. Online booking means the patient can pick a treatment or time and confirm the appointment themselves, without waiting for a reply.

Why does online booking matter if patients can just call? Because calls only work when someone answers. Clinics miss calls during treatments, at lunch, and after closing — which is exactly when many patients try to book. An online booking path works at 10 pm the same as at 10 am.

Can I get my clinic’s individual results? Yes. The free audit on our homepage covers the same checks for your clinic, or contact us and we will send your clinic’s row from the audit data.
